Momentum Operating Co., Inc. was started in 1987 as an exploration and production company by four principals, Mike Parsons, Don Tidwell, Bob Tidwell and Lynn Tidwell Neff. Since it’s inception, Momentum has grown its operations to over 700 operated wells located in the Permian Basin, West Central Texas, the Texas Panhandle and Eastern New Mexico.

Movest Capital is a company that was formed in 1996 by the same four principals. Movest Capital is an active purchaser of oil and gas mineral, royalty and overriding royalty interests. Over the past 13 years Movest has acquired oil and gas interests in over 90 counties spread out over 11 states.
